Belgium shipping

As the brand is localised in Belgium, shipping costs will be low and your package will take between 3 days - 2 weeks. It depends on whether we have your product in stock or if your order contains made-to-order products. Belgium: Bpost takes 2-5 business days from the moment it is shipped. Please note that Borrenberghs is only available for shipping on Tuesdays and Fridays. We do our very best and try to get your order as fast as possible to your adres.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Brussels time) will be shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays. During the busier periods, the large amount of orders can result in longer delivery times. Please be patient with us. For the moment we are a small team.

All orders are shipped with Bpost for the moment. Bpost usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).

We are considering another parcel service but for the moment we have to work with Bpost.

International shipping EU

Europe: Bpost takes 2-8 business days from the moment it is shipped. Please note that Borrenberghs is only available for shipping on Tuesdays and Fridays. We do our very best and try to get your order as fast as possible to your adres.

International shipping US

We do ship to the US for the moment. It can take up to two weeks before your package arrival. Please be patient with us. Our company is growing and more possibilities are coming soon. If we have more demand from the US, we can lower the shipping price. For now, you can ship together with your friends and share the shipping costs. Please note that our company is not responsible for extra tax costs from customs.

The rest of the world

For the moment we are limited in shipping. As our amount of orders are rising we are getting more possibilities to ship to more parts of the world. Be patient with us. Send us an e-mail if your country is not on the list. We can always arrange it for you, and maybe if you order with your friends together, you can share the shipping costs.

Important information

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. All orders are fully traceable through Bpost and other services.


Returns


Return Cost

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment the goods are delivered. The costs for the return shipment as well as any related costs for importing the goods back to Belgium shall be borne by you.

For orders that are returned to us from outside the EU kindly note:

Any duties / costs related to the return have to be born by you and will be deducted from the refund. Please inform yourself about how to declare the goods in order to avoid any extra costs before shipping your return.

Returns and Exchanges

When your order safely returns in its original state, we will send you back the money. It is very important that the garment(s) you are returning are not used and still in its original state. We are not responsible for damage during the shipping period. We are an honest company but we are severe about our climate.



Refund policy

Right of withdrawal 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Borrenberghs, Hasseltsesteenweg 105, 3720 Kortessem, Belgium, e-mail: info@borrenberghs.com).

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we shall reimburse you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this Agreement for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). We will use the same means of payment used by you in the original transaction for such refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and in no event will you be charged for such refund. We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this Agreement. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before expiry of the period of fourteen days. 

The costs for the return shipment as well as any related costs for importing the goods back to Belgium shall be borne by you.

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to inspect their condition, properties and functionality.

We can only accept unworn and unused goods including all labels and labels still attached.

Defect

If the garment show a defect before the item is worn, first send an email to info@borrenberghs.com. Borrenberghs will cover the shipping costs, only if the item is unworn, unwashed and if the item is in its original state. Also, please notice that we cover the return costs and we will send it back to you, to the original address of the original order. You have your right to change the address but only within the same country of the original order. We won’t cover the extra costs if we have to ship it to another country.
