Introducing Circular Services by Borrenberghs: Repair, Upcycle, and Resell Your Garments!
At Borrenberghs, we're committed to sustainability and circularity, and we're excited to introduce three new services that allow you to breathe new life into your Borrenberghs garments: Repair, Upcycle, and Resell. Our goal is to make sure that your beloved Borrenberghs pieces stay in your wardrobe and out of landfills, while also offering you the opportunity to refresh your style effortlessly.

Producing new garments isn't sustainable, and we don't pretend that it is. We do, however, have a responsibility to understand and reduce our environmental impact. For us, sustainability is first and foremost about owning less by buying right. Our job, every day, is to make beautiful garments in a more responsible manner.
Each year, we contribute a small amount to a non-profit organizations that are dedicated to protecting our beautiful planet, its ecosystems and its wildlife. This is our way of putting our money where our mouth is in terms of taking care.
BORRENBERGHS x BOLLEBOS
We have decided to help our friends at Bollebos VZW to plant trees in the Haspengouw region of Belgium. We will be planting a mix of native trees ( Alnus glutinosa, Carpinus betulus, Corylus avellana, Prunus spinosa, Quercus robur, Rhamnus frangula, Rosa canina, Tilia cordata and Viburnum opulus) for a better development for a strong and healthy forest. Trees are natural carbon capture and storage machines, absorbing carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere through photosynthesis then locking it up for centuries. Our founder grew up at the countryside, surround by the nature of Haspengouw.
this project started since the 7th of November 2022. This will count on the final profit of the e-commerce sales through the website.
Materials.
At Borrenberghs we carefully select our fabrics. We only choose high quality, sustainable and all natural materials from Italian and Dutch suppliers. For the moment we choose suppliers within….
Atelier.
Borrenberghs has it’s own atelier, where we produce garments under safe and healthy conditions. For the moment, this is the only place where Borrenberghs garments are produced…

Packaging.
At Borrenberghs, our packaging is fully sustainable. At first, we use recycled carton boxes that you can reuse. Second, all of our papers and stickers are FSC 100% certified….
The true cost.
As part of our commitment as a company to being fully transparent, we wanted to break down the cost price of our garments. Each piece has its own set of costs, including fabric, production and transportation…..
